I came across JK Rowling’s Harvard Commencement Speech whilst doing some background research into Carol Dweck’s Mindset work. There’s some great resources there (just click on the link) if you want to do any work with learners on the power of failure here. But, if you can possibly spare 25 minutes or so, I highly recommend that you make yourself a cup of tea/ coffee and take some time out to enjoy this inspirational speech.
